Yes, it's definitely Academy Awards time in Hollywood.

This is mainly what it means where we live...

On Hollywood Blvd., 1/2 a mile from the Kodak Theatre:

Traffic. Lots of Traffic.

Lots of Street Closures

That white low roof in the middle of the street

way down there, is the Academy Awards tent

for the Red Carpet and stuff.

Mom saw this bulldog with a FDNY-shirted guy.

Maybe extra Oscars Sekurity!

I don't *think* that's Tillman...

He's probably inside with Uggie. MOL!

Lots of Star Studded Private Oscar Parties

at places like The Magic Castle

- Already all parked up -

They usually don't let cars park like this there...

The Renaissance Hotel is booked solid with Celebrities.

That archway on the left is Hollywood & Highland.

If you're on the other side of it, it frames the Hollywood Sign.

The penthouse room - that round thing on top of the hotel

on the right will be slammin' with Celebs tonight!

This way to the Kodak!

Oh, wait. Highland Ave. is closed...

You have to have super inside info to get anywhere near the Oscars!

Tourists from everywhere heading in to see whatever they can see, which may not be much from outside the closure area...

We're putting our money on THE ARTIST, starring UGGIE the dog!
