Grandma's New Kitty

My Grandma (Oma) adopted a new kitty today. We think she's what they call a Black Tortoiseshell, or a Black Tortie (whoever 'they' are!)

She's one year old and very tiny and sweet.
Her face is all crazy with a black line down the middle of it!
She's very pretty in a very unusual way - to us, anyway.

She ate and disappeared this morning at Oma's house.
Oma didn't see her all day, but just a few minutes ago,
Oma noticed her sitting in her bedroom doorway.

Oma may have a kitty in her bed tonight!
Yay!

If you have a name suggestion, let us know.
Right now, Oma's favoring Ella, or Ella Mae.

She is a cutie. My daughter has a tortie named Sukie, who is now a cranky old lady. But her colors are beautiful!

Wow what a cutie she is - your Oma is super lucky! But tell her to watch out - torties are known to have lots of feisty attitude (aka tortitude!) And we think Ella is a cute name - and if she went with Ella Mae she could use both names or just Ella (or even just Mae!)
